Encap-DuoCoat.™ is a customized product which contains citric acid and a double coating of Sodium Citrate and Sunflower oil. The coating is 4-6%

This double coating improves the properties of the product as being less hygroscopic en more protected against other ingredients. The powder is protected against moisture and is very stable in the mix (rheologie)

The citric-acid is dust-free and batch-manufactured. Coating with sunflower is doen by Fluidized Bed Technology.Product is stabilized and shielded. Products can be used in Powderblends and Confectionery. The coating prevales a premature reaction of the acid with the product matrix.
