A Journey of Taste and Technology. As founder, creator, and hobby chef, I have learned that the quality of any finished product is only as good as the ingredients you start with.

For more than 40 years, I have worked closely with leading manufacturers, family-owned producers, and large ingredient suppliers, not only across Europe but also in the US, China, and Japan. Over the years, I have built long-lasting relationships with people who share the same passion for quality and innovation.

Together we create unique, high-performance ingredients designed for real food lovers, products that are healthy, full of flavour, and also developed for snacking, sports, and nutrition foods where taste and performance truly matter.

At BrandNewTaste we see ourselves as bridge builders, connecting taste professionals across Europe in the field of premium flavours and ingredients, encapsulates, inclusions, and decorations.

Our work takes place across Europe, where we act as a hands-on partner from the first idea to the final product launch. Whether it’s developing a new ingredient, running trials, or supporting innovation teams, we are there, linking creative ideas with real-world execution, always focused on results that work in the market.

Cooking and creation remain my biggest passions. You will find this same spirit in our Test Kitchen, where ideas are tasted, tested, and refined. I believe in the art and science of flavour, and in the simple truth that the customer decides everything.

As Sam Walton once said:

“There is only one boss, the customer. And he can fire everybody in the company, from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.”

That thought keeps us sharp, humble, and committed to constant improvement, always exploring what’s next in taste and technology.
